Every animal is born, raised and finished on the ranch on grass alone, with no grain, no antibiotics and no rush, taking two and a half to three years to reach full flavour. The beef is dry aged for 14 days, and the ranch raises pasture raised chicken and pork as well.
You buy through their online ranch store, which restocks beef monthly, with free local delivery from Missoula to Darby on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Order by 5pm on Monday or Wednesday for next day delivery.
