Eagles Acres chickens are the best we have ever had. The other night I rubbed mine inside and out with olive oil, stuffed it with a cut up lemon, rosemary and a head of garlic cut in half. On a rack in the instant pot with a cup of water for 30 min. Best and most delicious, moist chicken ever!!!! Thank you for raising such amazing chickens and the hard days of processing them. We are so grateful!

We love their pastured chickens and just received a half pig share that tastes out of this world. Best bacon we've every had!!
