Poor Service! Buyer be Aware!! Poor Quaity.
Congratulations on the baby, came here for the raw milk and eggs and it was fantastic.
Mackenzie is a real smart ass who doesn't deserve the business of people who care about animals.
So blessed to have Lilly Den come to Southern Pines every week to bring us raw milk, yogurt, cream, pastured meats, fresh eggs, and baked goods! The quality is outstanding and I highly recommend them. The coffee yogurt is delish! To the nasty, hate-filled, baseless commenter, unless you've been living in a cave the last few years, farmers' rights are being taken away. Just see what is happening in the Netherlands. To have Mackenzie and her husband take the time to bring their goods to us, is a real treat and you should be grateful, rather than hateful.
We've been getting our meat and dairy from Lilly Den Farms at the Pittsboro Farmers Market for many months now-my wife and I are so sold. Not only is the quality of their products the highest grade but they are a very kind, hardworking small business. We look forwards to seeing them each week, we couldn't be happier with Lilly Den Farms-their food truck is incredible as well.
I got a whole Chicken, 2 Steaks, Short Ribs, Sausage, Milk & Eggs last week from Lilly Den. Picked it up at their farm ( I called first to see if its ok to pick up ) and it was great. The owners came out helped me load my car while their son showed me their Turkey's they are rising for Thanksgiving. The birds looked so good I reserved one!!! Very cool place great folks and I can't say anything yet about the Chicken or Steaks but the Short Ribs were amazing so was the Milk! We will for sure go Back!
Lilly Den Farm is a family farm in Goldston, North Carolina selling raw pet milk, cream and yogurt from its own dairy herd plus pasture raised beef, pork, chicken and eggs.
Lilly Den Farm is a family dairy and meat farm on Goldston Glendon Road in Goldston, North Carolina, run by Dennet, Cassidy and their daughter Paisli. Dennet has farmed his whole life, following his father's footsteps, and milks the dairy cows once daily in the farm's parlour, with calves nursing half the day. The cows graze green pasture, are fed local hay, and come into the barn to cool down in summer and stay warm in winter.
The farm sells raw milk labelled as pet milk under North Carolina rules, along with pourable heavy cream and plain yogurt made on the farm. Cattle are raised on the farm's pastures and fed grass and locally grown hay, sold as individual cuts or whole, halved and quartered, alongside pastured pork, chicken, eggs and seasonal veal. Customers buy at the farm any day of the week, at Southern Pines on Fridays, through Amish Roots in Moncure and the Garden Valley Farmers Market in Greensboro, or by weekly and biweekly deliveries across the Triangle.
