Finally cheese my whole family can eat! I grew up in Mali, where cheese was something we could enjoy freely. But here in the US, my children and I had given up on it. We always thought we were lactose intolerant. Every time we had cheese, we paid for it, so we only allowed ourselves to enjoy it on trips back home. Then we tried the A2/A2 raw garlic cheddar. And nothing happened. No discomfort, nothing, for any of us. My 3-year-old and I went through half a block in one sitting because we simply couldn’t stop. The garlic is savory and rounded without overpowering, and the cheddar itself is rich and clean in a way I hadn’t tasted since Mali. I’ve since learned it’s because this is A2 milk and raw, much closer to the traditional cheese we grew up with than the pasteurized dairy on most American shelves. If you’ve ever assumed you couldn’t have cheese, please try this. For my family it’s been nothing short of a gift. Thank you, Josh and Taylor.
Excellent beef and chicken (that’s all we’ve tried so far). We subscribed for a monthly box and I’m glad we did! Plan on being regular customers! Thank you!
Great customer service with quick response time and very knowledgeable of the products. Quick to resolve any issues And I can’t say enough good about the meats. Recently tried the sugar free Italian sausage and it is the best I’ve had. I definitely recommend AYERS Valley.
Rebuilding the food system, from the farm up

The order came perfectly packaged with notice of delivery and so far everything has been delicious and I know I am feeding my family healthy proteins...
We ordered beef bundle for the first time to try a little bit of everything. The order process was flawless, quick delivery as promised. The meat arrived fully frozen which is very important. The meat quality is outstanding. Delicious in every bite. Will order chicken soon. Recommend!
I made my first order from Ayers Farms a few weeks ago. My experience couldn't have been better. The order was on time and everything frozen hard as a rock. My order consisted of the beef and chicken boxes. I did have one little mishap on the beef box. Instead of a 2–3 pound roast, I got a.75 lbs. steak instead. I messaged Ayers Farms and they apologized and gave me a $50.00 credit on my account immediately. They were always happy to answer any and all questions that I had about their farm. Not only is the meat great tasting, the customer service is second to none. I will try their pork products next. Thank you all at Ayers farms and I will be ordering more meat boxes in the very near future!!!!: D.
This was my first order from Ayers Valley Farm Meats. My family is extremely pleased with the quality of the meat we have received and the variety of cuts. The portions are perfect. The pork chops were the best we'd ever had! I am noticing that my digestive issues are improving, as is my skin. I highly recommend Ayers Valley Farm Meats. Their customer service is personal and outstanding. I feel very good about supporting this business.
I firstly want to say a huge thank you for your regenerative farm, your beautiful family, your hard work and your choice to sell your meat to people desperately looking for alternative ways to acquire much healthier meats, to feed their families. I should’ve done this long ago, but my husband was a skeptic and I didn’t just want to go behind his back, when he works so hard himself. I’ve received two boxes of meat and fish from your farm so far and I couldn’t be any happier with the quality and taste of it, so far, so good! We have a very small farm of our own, on just under an acre. With turkeys, chickens, and pigs. We also are planning on getting mini zebu cows, hopefully a cow and calf, by next spring. I’ve had chickens since 21, but haven’t gotten the cahoneys yet, to slaughter any. But that day is slowly approaching, as I’m incubating eggs to replace half of my stock. Anyhow, the only negative that I have, is that the portions are much smaller than store bought brands, but I know they fill them with growth hormones and then pump them up with water before packaging. Plus many more less desirable things, like MRNA gene therapies(they’re not vaccines), which is what prompted me to stop purchasing theirs and to seek out greener pastures(pun intended). I will always suggest to friends and family, that they at least try your products(I know they’ll be hooked). Tracie from Half Acre Farm.
