Sweet Grass of Ohio

I recently made my first purchase of half a beef, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. From placing and customizing my order to receiving the delivery, everything went seamlessly. I even have the option to track my driver’s progress and know the exact time of delivery. The delivery driver was particularly considerate and aware of our new driveway, ensuring that they didn’t drive over it. The beef itself was packaged efficiently and carefully, and it looked absolutely incredible. I had the opportunity to visit the farm and purchase several other food items. I could taste the flavor and quality firsthand, which was truly impressive. I want to express my gratitude to the farmer and his family for grinding it daily to provide us with nutritious food.

I am a disabled veteran with severe gut health issues. Acid reflux that is so severe it feels like I'm having a heart attack. I was bounded to prescription Omeprazole to manage it, and had been on it for a couple years. After getting nowhere with the VA on trying out ways to fix my gut and get off my medicine, I took matters into my own hands. Expensive pre&pro-biotics never helped, and I do not like fermented foods. Instead, I started drinking up to two gallons of raw milk a week. Over time I became confident to start weaning myself off my medication little by little and now I'm off it. It took nearly a year, but I am now at a point where I can go throughout my day without acid reflux. I firmly believe that the milk from sweetgrass played a pivotal role in restoring my health. I am very thankful and will continue to be a loyal customer (I get it from a supplier closer to me). I am also now an advocate for deregulating raw milk, and hope to see more people take their health and food supply into their own hands.

Excellent!! Amazing raw dairy products, their gelato, sandwich bread, puffed rice, corn and eikorn are our favorites! Food as it should be.

Prices at Planktown Country Market (Shiloh, Ohio) and Suncrest Farms is a lot more affordable and way less than this place! A dozen eggs washed and packed that day is only $2 and some change. Plus bacon was $5 a pound and much more affordable quality items. Too may people think all natural and organic must come with a higher price tag, but in reality it doesn't cost more to maintain and make!

I get my eggs and meat weekly from them! They deliver to my driveway. The food to amazing and their service is fantastic. I love being able to source my food locally and support a local farm!

I came here after watching a race at mid-Ohio, it was worth the drive! High quality meats, along with delicious ice cream. The peanut butter and date chocolate is my favorite. I purchased from a very polite and humorous young lady, who was very patient despite my lack of knowledge! There was a very cute dog that came up to greet me as well.

Took our family to visit and pick up some meat. Loved all of the options and how the whole family there is involved in helping the business. They were very nice and we’ll be looking for an excuse to make the drive again. We picked up a selection of meats for Father’s Day, fresh honey, cookies, and even some 3D printed dragons. There were so many animals to see too. Very fun.

They have the most AMAZING fresh raw milk + cream! 😋It is so good! I make yogurt with it and it’s the best yogurt ever. We love the herdshare option, this is definitely the best way to get your dairy if you don’t have a cow yet!: )

All the meats are frozen. Great selection of all kinds of meat, cheese, milk, creamer, kefier and cheeses etc. They pack a punch for a little building. The daughter helped us and was friendly. Big farm. Fairly easy to get to on the non snow roads from 71. They are close to the Lobtah shack guy too 😁. Happy we went to see their stock.
