Yummy meat!
Purchased a full cow from John as me and 3 other households wanted a 1/4 each. John was prompt with his replies and very quickly secured us a full cow. A week went by as discussed and John sent me the final hanging weight and price per pound. A few quick Venmo transfers, and John delivered a perfectly proportioned and seperated full cow, split into quarters exactly on the date and time he originally told me. So far, the beef looks great and would highly reccomend Hill Creek for bulk beef purchases. Thanks John!
Products and service is superb!!! John is honest and nice. Beautiful grass-fed cows with lots of free range. Stress-free is the best you can buy. Everything is vacuum sealed and reasonably priced!!

We love Hill Creek Farms! We have purchased a side of beef 3 times in the past, we split with friends, and have enjoyed every bit of it. In fact we are getting ready to purchase another side of beef early this summer. The beef is amazingly delicious and tender. Honestly you can't go wrong!

Just bought 40 lbs of meat as a 1st time buyer. So far, I've only been able to eat some hamburger meat but we have a bunch of good looking meat cuts that I can't wait to cook. Hands down, BEST hamburger meat I've ever had! Not only was the taste incredible but you won't find better quality meat than this! Grass fed AND grass finished (the natural way it's supposed to be), can't beat it! Buy from this farm and support your local farmers!
