I can't say enough good things about Juha Ranch. Walker came back from training and is doing great.
DOG TRAINING – $850 – VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE I was referred to this company by a friend after seeing a well-behaved dog at the White Rock Farmers Market, so I decided to give them a try. I enrolled my 5-year-old dog in their month-long training program. He already knows basic commands (sit, shake, down) and is generally obedient, so my main goals were improving leash behavior and better socialization with other dogs. Unfortunately, after a full month in their program, I saw NO MEANINGFUL IMPROVEMENT in his behavior. When I raised this concern, I was told, “He’s just testing you.” I took that at face value and waited an additional week after bringing him home to give him time to “come around.” Even after that time, there was still no noticeable change, which made that explanation feel more like an excuse than a solution. More concerning was the condition of my dog when I picked him up. The trainer, Jordan, DID NOT MENTION MY DOG WAS INVOVLED IN A FIGHT. After getting him home, I discovered two large scratches and THREE PUNCTURE WOUNDS on his neck. When I called to address this, the situation was brushed off with little accountability or explanation. He was there for socialization so I wasn't as concerned that he got in a mix up; it was the fact that this was not mentioned and they were DEEP WOUNDS. For $850, I expected not only results, but transparency and proper care. This experience fell well short on both. To be fair, they did send videos during the stay and were responsive to calls and texts. However, that does not outweigh the lack of results and the condition my dog was returned in. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Best meat we ever had. No need for marinades, just salt and pepper and the taste is amazing! We travel 45 miles to get meat from them. Even better, the owners are so kind and patient while we decided what we want.

Judy and Harry's passion for what they are doing shows through in the quality of the meat. After years of buying from them at farmers markets we recently purchased a half cow and have not been disappointed. Beef and lamb are both consistently great quality and more importantly to me I believe that they are responsibly and sustainably managing the land and animals.
