Gary and Tracy who own the farm are passionate farmers. The store has tons of different pasture raised meats, eggs and so many other goodies. I like this small farm.
We had the wonderful opportunity to visit Hillbilly Nutrition today. We were warmly welcomed Gary, Tracy, and the family. Y'all, they are the real deal! Get your farm-grown, organic produce from them at reasonable prices and support locally-owned businesses.
Drove from Hill Country for this pork after trying some while visiting family. Got a half pig last week. Never in my life have I eaten bacon… until now! Look at this … premium stuff…Whole Foods can’t compete! Kids love we eat it every day and are ready to go on the wait list for more already! We consume about 4-6 lbs of the ground meat a week plus some chops or a roast!

Such a great Texas farm! They offer free shipping on subscription boxes in Texas! Tracy is really helpful and if I wanted to add a few things to my box, she would find a way to fit them in! You can't beat the freshness you get straight from a farm!
We went to do a farm tour with Gary, Tracy and the girls. We loved hearing them talk about farm life and providing good, clean food for people. We fed the the pasture raised pigs, petted the chickens and saw their new meat chickens. After hearing their hearts and passion we bought some fresh eggs, lamb, sausage, hamburger and other meat products. These guys are the real deal. Go check them out and buy some goodies!
