It began when Rebecca brought home a Jersey cow named Mindy so her daughter could have the healthiest milk possible, and it has since grown into a working small farm run by two sisters, Beverly and Rebecca, with their mother Opal and Beverly's husband Allan all playing a part.
The farm sells A2/A2 raw milk through a Texas herd share, pasture raised eggs, pork and poultry raised on soy free and corn free feed with no added hormones and no routine antibiotics, raw honey from Opal's own hives, and home grown produce from the garden and orchard. You can order online, call in at the self serve farm stand in season, or book a farm visit by appointment.
