Great little place close to home. The fresh milk steals the show, but there's several other good finds here.
This is hands down the best farm-fresh milk we’ve ever had. We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful local dairy farm so close to home. We’ve also been enjoying their fresh eggs, and have tried their sourdough bread and cookies. Everything has been absolutely delicious! You can truly taste the care and quality in their products. I was pleased to hear that a raw milk dairy was opening close to Emory. The raw milk products available are always cold and fresh. This week I called ahead and had them set aside a couple quarts of cream. Attached is a picture of the ice cream we made. Thanks Ramsey Dairy!

Ramsey Dairy is a second generation family dairy in Emory, Texas selling Grade A raw Jersey milk and fresh cream from its farm store and East Texas pickup points.
Ramsey Dairy is a second generation family dairy in Emory, Texas, in operation since 1968. After decades of milking hundreds of cows and sending the milk off on a milk truck, the family stopped in 2025 and started again with a new twist: they now milk fewer than 30 Jersey cows and sell Grade A raw milk and fresh cream directly from the dairy to families across East and Northeast Texas.
Customers order online for pickup at the Emory farm store or at weekly pickup points in Lindale, Mineola, Sulphur Springs and the Rose City Farmers Market in Tyler. The farm store also stocks local honey, seasonings, cookies and fresh baked bread delivered every Tuesday and Friday morning, with most goods coming from East Texas producers and makers. The store is open 8am to 7pm every day, including holidays.
