River Valley Ranch is a 630 acre family ranch in Riesel, Texas raising 100% grass fed beef with no grain, hormones or antibiotics, sold as cuts, sides and quarters direct from the ranch.
River Valley Ranch is a family ranch on 630 acres of river valley land at Riesel in central Texas, where Rick and Becky Escobar have raised cattle for more than thirty years.
Their Angus and Charolais cross herd is bred, born and finished on the ranch's own pastures, fed grass with no grain, hormones, steroids or antibiotics, and visitors are welcome to come and see how it is done.
Grass-fed beef is sold by the calf, side and quarter each spring and early summer, cut to order, and select vacuum-sealed cuts are available by the pound through the year. Orders are collected frozen from the processor in Westphalia, Texas.

Beautiful Ranch! I would recommend visiting the ranch and taking a tour.....the grass fed beef is amazing. Highly recommend.
