That Cluckin Homestead is a small homestead and farm store in Marquez, Texas, run as a private membership association.
In their own words they provide farm to table A2A2 raw cow's milk and dairy products, free range eggs, meat, seasonal produce, sourdough bread, homemade canned goods, raw honey and holistic wellness items. The raw milk leaves in half gallon jars under their own label, each one marked with the date it was milked, and the eggs come in their own stamped cartons in every shade from pale blue to deep brown. Whipped beef tallow with jojoba and frankincense sits on the store shelf under the same mark.
The farm store opens Tuesdays and Thursdays 2pm to 5pm and every Saturday 11am to 2pm, and there is a Monday pickup at the Costco in College Station at 2pm. Everything is preordered: members place their order the evening before a pickup day, any time after 7pm. To buy here you first join the association by completing their membership application, then set up an account on the site to order. Jars and egg cartons go back to the farm to be used again.
