Fawn Crossing Farms

The eleven acre farm began with chickens in a two storey bank barn, added honeybees in 2008, then Rouen and Muscovy ducks, registered Nubian dairy goats whose does provide raw milk, and a breeding herd of heritage Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs, including UK purebred lines imported to help diversify this endangered breed.

The animals are pasture and forest raised with access to shelter, clean bedding and open pasture at all times, and the whole operation is net carbon neutral, running on wind, solar, solar hot water and geothermal energy. The farm sells raw goat milk through a herdshare with on farm pickup, pasture raised pork by the cut or in bulk, free range chicken and duck eggs, raw unfiltered honey, beeswax and registered breeding stock.
