Parting Ridge Farm

The cattle graze meadows on a rotational pattern without growth hormones or routine antibiotics, and the farm keeps its methods low impact, down to fencing the cattle out of the streams.

The beef is sold by the package at the on-farm store, from 1 lb packs of ground beef up to steaks and roasts, with quarters, halves and wholesale orders also available. The store takes cash or cheque only and is open every day from 8am to 8pm, and the farm will happily set particular cuts aside if you ask ahead.
