Sapphire Farms

The farm keeps endangered Dutch Belted cattle for dairy and meat alongside Jersey milkers, raises pasture based poultry and woodland pork, and offers grass fed beef. In their own words, they never spray their fields or use chemicals, and the farm is GMO free.

Raw milk is offered in half gallon increments with A2/A2 available, along with butter, yogurt and cheese, plus chicken, turkey, eggs, baked goods, bread and seasonal produce from tomatoes and zucchini to blueberries and strawberries. Products are picked up at the farm on set weekday and Saturday hours, with shipping direct to the home also offered.
