The meat from these guys is second to none. Chicken breast's were perfect and the pork sausage links are perfectly seasoned and I like them with some yellow mustard. Great place and the only place I will buy my meat from. I get it on Saturday mornings at clayton downtown farmers market. I also have the piece of mind that I'm not dealing with coorperate greed and their tainted meats. God bless this farm.

LOVE Back to Basics. I have had excellent service, the meat is so flavorful and I have peace of mind knowing what the animals are fed and how they are cared for. I was especially impressed they don't use any soy or fillers in the feed, so I know I am getting high quality protein to my family. The individual packages are easy to thaw and cook with and you can order exactly what you need, they have a great variety to chose from. The owners are personable, responsive, and will answer any questions you have. They truly love the work they do and it shows. Excellent value.

The milk is amazing! Makes the best instant pot yogurt I've ever had, and doesn't give us upset tummies like grocery store milk sometimes does.
