Milking is done into stainless steel pails after the udder is washed, the milk is strained and chilled quickly and stored only in glass jars, and the does munch a grain and alfalfa mix while they are milked.

Raw goat's milk is sold fresh or frozen, from pints up to gallons, and chevre, yoghurt, cheddar curds, sherbet and other goat's milk treats are made by special order. You can also find their products at The Milk House Farmers Market in Mills, and new milk customers are taken on gradually, so ask to be added to the waiting list.
