Jess and Bryan Riley milk a micro dairy of Jersey cows alongside a few goats and sheep, selling raw cow, goat and sheep milk. The cows eat hay grown on the family ranch and graze through the warmer months, with a soy free grain ration built around flax, and the mostly low producing cows give wonderfully creamy, rich milk.

That milk becomes cream, yogurt, kefir, butter, clarified butter, ice cream, coffee creamer, soft cheeses, curds and a few aged hard cheeses. The hens are truly free range, roaming the farm daily on a soy free feed with organic kelp, alfalfa hay in winter and plenty of skim milk and whey. The family also runs Angus beef cattle on the ranch and raises produce, with a little on farm store open Monday to Saturday.
