The Dorking ButcheryMeat · Dorking4.9 (84 reviews)The Dorking Butchery is a speciality butchers shop in the heart of Dorking High Street in Surrey. Traditional service and high quality British produce are the values here, with locally produced meat and dry aged rare breed beef the specialities. The beef is matured for four weeks for maximum tenderness and flavour, the old way rather than the supermarket way.

Aldhurst FarmRaw milk · Dorking4.9 (21 reviews)Aldhurst Farm on Temple Lane at Capel, near Dorking in Surrey, is the dairy farm of W Dale and Sons, a family that has farmed here across six generations. The farm assured herd was founded in 1826 and has been providing milk for nearly 200 years. Raw milk is sold direct from the farm, with vending machines on site so customers can buy fresh raw milk in glass bottles at a time that suits them.
The family also runs a local milk round, delivering to the surrounding villages, an offer local press described when the farm first opened its gate sales. The farm also sells pasteurised milk, cream and butter online by post, a separate line from the raw milk sold only at the farm gate.
