Truly BeefButcher in Sheridan5 (7 reviews)Truly Beef comes from the Kerns family, sixth generation ranchers raising cattle in the Bighorn Mountain pastures of Wyoming. Taylor and Cathryn Kerns run a herd of Gelbvieh, Hereford and Black Angus that grazes 60,000 acres of native grasses and drinks from spring fed creeks, with no mRNA vaccines, no added hormones, and antibiotics used only when an animal's health genuinely requires them.
You reserve a share of the herd, from an eighth up to a whole beef, and choose either 100% grass finished beef or classic grain finishing over the final 120 days. The beef is dry aged for 14 to 21 days, then shipped to your door or collected from their own processing plant in Sheridan.
