Nook Farm Honey is a family run honey business at Bewcastle producing and supplying raw, unprocessed British honey.
Everything is filtered and bottled at Nook Farm itself, using a gentle filter that leaves small particles of beeswax and pollen in the jar, because a finer filter would strip out some of the taste and beneficial properties. Nothing is added and nothing is taken away.
They sell eight honeys, from Cumbrian and Yorkshire Wildflower to Yorkshire Heather, Scottish Blossom, English Blossom, Balsam Flower, Borage Flower and Tree Blossom, each with its own colour and character. Order online for delivery or find them through their listed stockists.
