When blood oranges are in season, this is what we love to make. A super simple dessert that comes together in minuets and yet looks so impressive. Creamy yogurt and mascarpone cheese are mixed with Organised for a boost of nutrition, raw honey for a hint of sweetness and some lemon zest for a burst of freshness. We layered it with naturally sweet and juicy blood oranges, for a dessert that's light, beautiful and so incredibly delicious.

Serves 2 

Ingredients: 

• 3-4 medium size blood oranges - peeled, seeds removed and cut into small pieces 
• 3 cups organic greek yogurt 
• 1/2 cup organic mascarpone cheese 
• 2 tbsp raw honey
• Te zest of 1/2 organic lemon 
• 1 scoop Organised 
• 
  

Serve with: 

A sprinkle or our homemade granola 

1.  In a large bowl mix together the mascarpone, yogurt, raw honey, lemon zest and Organised until well combined. You might want to use a whisk for a smooth and fluffy consistency. 
2. To assemble your parfaits layer the yogurt mixture with the chopped oranges in a pot or jar. 
3. Sprinkle some chopped homemade granola on top.
