Iced Blueberry Latte with Organised Cold Foam

The wellness industry will tell you to drink three litres of water a day but what it never mentions is that plain water on its own is one of the least hydrating things you can drink. True hydration comes from electrolytes and minerals balanced with their natural cofactors. The nutrients and minerals that have always lived in real food and drinks like bone broth, milk and coffee. I don’t think anybody's grandparents were counting their glasses of water!
This is the summer version of that idea, an iced blueberry latte with Organised cold foam.
Ingredients
-
1 Cup Blueberries
-
½ Cup Spring Water
-
½ Cup Sugar
-
1 Shot Espresso
-
230ml Milk
For the cold foam
-
¼ Cup of double cream
-
1 Teaspoon of Organised
Method
-
Add your blueberries, spring water and sugar to a pan and bring to the boil on a medium heat. Cook for 5-10 minutes until the blueberries are soft.
-
Next, strain the berries through a fine sieve into a glass container and leave to cool.
-
Make your usual iced latte with your milk and espresso. Personally I do like to add a little splash of maple syrup here too. Then add your blueberry syrup in to your desired taste.
-
Finally, pour your cream into a bowl along with your scoop of Organised. Using your Organised whisk, whisk to a soft pillowy texture and pour on top of your iced latte to finish!
