This homemade caramel frappuccino is creamy, rich, and tastes like your favourite coffee shop treat, but made with simple, nourishing ingredients. Blended with raw milk and naturally sweetened with dates, it has that smooth caramel flavour and thick, icy texture that feels indulgent while still being deeply satisfying.
We also added our beef organ powder for an easy nutrient boost that blends seamlessly into the drink without overpowering the flavour. Finished with homemade raw whipped it's the kind of recipe that turns an everyday iced coffee into a really indulgent one.
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 2 shots espresso
- 2 handfuls of ice cubes
- 230ml (1 cup) organic raw milk
- 2 dates - pitted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop Organised
For the whipped cream:
- 100ml organic raw double cream
- To make the whipped cream add the double cream to a large bowl and using an electric whisk blitz for 2-3 minutes until you get some soft peaks. Don’t be tempted to over whisk it as the cream might split.
- Add the expresso shots, ice cubes, raw milk, dates, Organised, vanilla extract to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the frappucino into a glass and serve with the whipped cream and dust of cinnamon or cocoa powder.
Nourishment, without the taste.
Cooking organs twice a week doesn’t fit every routine. Organised is an organ blend, grass-fed, freeze-dried, nothing else.
