This single-serve blueberry baked cheesecake is the perfect balance of indulgence and nourishment. Creamy, lightly sweet, and bursting with juicy blueberries, it has all the richness of a classic cheesecake, just in a simpler, fail proof form.
Made with cream cheese, Greek yogurt, eggs, and raw honey it's naturally high in protein and thanks to our beef organs blend it packs in an extra nutrition boost. Powerful, nutrient dense ingredients that support skin, gut health, and overall vitality, all without compromising on taste.
They make the perfect crowd pleaser dessert or even breakfast (we won't be judging).
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (230g) organic cream cheese
- 1/2 (100G) cup full fat greek yogurt
- 2 organic eggs
- 1 scoop Organised
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste/extract
- 2 small handfuls of blueberries or any other berries of your choice
- Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl whisk together the eggs. Add in the cream cheese, yogurt, Organised, raw honey and vanilla bean paste. Mix everything really well until you have a smooth and creamy mixture.
- Add a handful of blueberries at the bottom of each ramekin. Pour over the cheesecake mixture and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until slightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool down completely before digging in.
Nourishment, without the taste.
Cooking organs twice a week doesn’t fit every routine. Organised is an organ blend, grass-fed, freeze-dried, nothing else.
