Prairie's Edge Raw Milk Dairy is a small family dairy near Pennock, Minnesota, ten minutes west of Willmar, run by Rich and Carol.
The farm sells creamy fresh whole milk, skim milk and farm fresh cream raw, with orders placed 12 to 24 hours ahead by call or text to Carol, and the on farm store is open Tuesday to Sunday with new drop sites in Willmar and Forest Lake.
Through the herd share programme the farm will also make raw butter, ghee, cheese curds, sour cream and cream cheese from a member's own milk and cream for a small labour charge. Minnesota law means customers bring their own containers and collect at the farm, and the family welcomes visits and will show you around if you call before arriving. Rich also hosts The Small Dairy Podcast from the farm.

Love getting milk from Prairies Edge Farm & Dairy. Its so refreshing and delicious. Wonderful service and very friendly!

Hidden gem in a small town. Family of 6 couldn't even drink 1 gallon of milk from the store in a month. Now we go through 2 gallons a week from Carol. It's so fresh, rich and creamy. We also get cream, butter and cheese curds which are delicious as well.
