The milk comes from grass fed Jersey cows, most of them born on the farm, which graze freely through the day and rest with their calves in the shade of avocado trees. What began with a single gifted heifer named Rosita has grown into a herd of over 30 cows, milked with stainless steel equipment, in-line filters and rapid cooling to keep everything clean and fresh.
The farm delivers its raw milk products across Miami-Dade County and the surrounding areas. Florida law requires raw milk to be labelled as feed rather than for human consumption, and the farm notes this labelling takes nothing away from the quality and freshness of the milk.

BEST Raw Dairy in florida. The owner was extremely nice and able to deliver all the way up to me. Very nice products. The raw butter is salted and they do raw unsalted cheese upon request. By far the cheapest prices in South Florida and absolutely worth it!
Question I just bought the raw milk should you boiled it or drink it raw.
