Native Beef and Lamb is Jonathan and Laura Chapman's farm shop and butchery at Bailey Hill Farm in Chalfont St Giles, on the Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire borders.
They work mostly with Red Devon cattle, one of Britain's oldest native breeds, which thrive on forage without intensive finishing on cereals, soya or maize.
The beef is dry aged for at least 21 days, skilfully butchered and vacuum packed, and the shop also sells lamb, pork, chicken, venison and the farm's own apple juice. Collection from the farm is free, courier delivery is available, and the shop opens Wednesday to Saturday.
