The meat arrived after 48 hours with the package already open, the ice packs completely melted, and an internal temperature of 21°C. I was then sent a replacement order with the promise that it would be delivered within 24 hours, but once again it failed to arrive on time. It is absurd that, in 2026, a company is still relying on insulated packaging with ice packs instead of using refrigerated transport for fresh meat. Even more absurd is the amount of waste this creates: perfectly good meat ends up being thrown away, and animals are sacrificed for nothing because of such inefficient logistics.
I used to buy all my meat from them and rarely had issues but in the past year it's gone off a cliff, and they've removed their customer loyalty points scheme and outsourced their customer service!! Which says it all really... I'll be going to a different supplier that actually values my business.
Bad customer service. Don’t be fooled there is plenty of items you cannot put in the freezer as it turns up semi defrosted. My delivery is delayed and is sitting in a DPD warehouse for a further 24 hours!!
Ordered 3 Bird in a bird in a bird pieces for Xmas lunch. - so much better than I was expecting, extremely well wrapped to keep cool (this was my biggest worry) - I was also worried about delivery just before Xmas, but it was exactly on time. But, most importantly, tasty as! - will definitely order again!

Great quality organic meat, everything I’ve ordered I’ve loved. Well packaged with wool and ice packs so it’s kept cold and arrives perfectly fresh. Would 100% recommend. Thank you Eversfield!
While the lamb was delicious, but I am disappointed by the customer service and rotten bone marrow received. I won’t be ordering from them again. Read all reviews before ordering. I ordered bone marrow and other items from Eversfield Organic, scheduled for delivery on the 7th but delivered on the 8th. The parcel smelled off before opening. The bone marrow packaging was not airtight, arrived defrosted, and had a strong, unpleasant smell that worsened once opened. I was asked to provide photos of the product, labels, and ice packs. I was then told the marrow was still frozen, which was not the case. Regardless, the product was clearly not fit for consumption. I requested a refund and have since been ignored. Under UK food safety regulations, food must be of satisfactory quality and fit for human consumption. Had this been handled professionally, I would not have felt the need to leave this review.
