Have just received our first hoggit box Thanks very much, great service.
Spectacular sirloin tonight. The most beefy steak I've ever had. Makes you realise how much care goes into rearing and aging these cuts. Just perfect.
Hi Emma, thanks for the gorgeous lamb recently. My favourite meal! Super tasty and tender. Best lamb ever!
My 20yr old son said the lamb was 4 to 5 times better than any other lamb he had ever tasted. Praise indeed! We have ordered both the lamb and the beef and besides the great flavour it is great value for money. We have already recommended Emma's Ewesful Acres and will keep doing so. An easy 5 stars.

Local lamb and beef delivered to your door by the Emma herself. Friendly, reliable and prompt service. We make massaman curry with the diced beef, shepherd's pie with the lamb mince, slow roast the lamb shoulders/shanks and make lamb pilaf with any leftovers. All knowing it is fresh, local and of high welfare standard, grazed on wildflower meadows, maintaining biodiverse habitats in balance with nature thanks to Earth Trust's excellent farm step programme.
Beef and Lamb delivered to the door, by the farmer themselves, from just up the road. Very happy with both meat and service. Have had meat at intervals over the last few years and since lock down it's been exclusively from Emma and no plans on changing! Would thoroughly recommend.
We've been enjoying Emma's meat for a while now and it's a privilege to be able to purchase her produce. The quality is amazing and so lovely to know that her animals are so well cared for. That's important for me to continue to enjoy eating meat. Also a massive bonus that it is gluten free. I hadn't been aware previously that wheat fed to animals could pass through the food chain. We had a delivery last night and couldn't wait to sample a few chops, so we abandoned our planned meal......................... delicious - and we're not terrific chefs! So pleased that you, Emma, have managed to carry on through Covid 19 and hope you go from strength to strength. All your care and hard work should rightly be rewarded.
I have become a regular customer of Emma's since we met in the Charter Market Square in Wallingford about 18 months ago and, during Lockdown, Emma worked tirelessly to carry out home deliveries of her delightful meat products and I have never been disappointed. I was especially impressed with a Featherblade joint of Beef recently, and this is a very old fashioned and quite rare cut of beef these days. I slow-cooked it in local Real Ale and it was a popular meal here in this household on the day in question and I have another one on order for the month-end. I hugely endorse Emma's ethical, natural farming which also syncs' well with my 'buy local, support local, retain local' personal mantra for this is exactly as things used to be around here 50+ years ago and thankfully, is a concept that is coming back strongly and I for one applaud this. With deepest respect, Chris Green.
