Salt of the Earth

Hollands Farm Beef is a family run herd at Hollands Farm in Great Milton, Oxfordshire, rearing Angus and Hereford cattle on grass.

The cattle graze river meadow pastures and eat home grown feed through the winter, and the beef is dry aged for 28 days and butchered traditionally with Aldens in Oxford.

The online larder keeps individually frozen cuts in stock, from steaks to mince, alongside meat boxes on set delivery dates. Local delivery is free on orders over £50, or you can collect straight from the farm at Great Milton.
