Collected my first box of meat this morning, 11/10/25, Rosie was lovely and very welcoming. Had the burgers tonight and they were outstanding, they were much nicer and tastier than some wagyu burgers that I had recently purchased. I have been searching for really good meat for along time, fingers crossed, it’s been an excellent start. Old school slow roast brisket tomorrow. Can’t wait.
