Knoll Farm Produce is a small, diverse smallholding at Hilperton near Trowbridge, farming to high welfare, regenerative standards.
Pasture raised hens move to fresh grass every few days and lay a colourful mix of eggs, table birds grow slowly in mobile pens on the pasture, and rare breed Shetland cattle give a grass fed beef with real depth of flavour. Free range pigs, bought in as piglets from nearby rare breed keepers, live fully outdoors and forage on reseeded paddocks.
Eggs, poultry, beef and pork are sold straight from the farm, with hand grown microgreens in season and traditionally cured, oak smoked bacon and gammon among the treats. Beef is in short supply, so pre-ordering is wise, and the gate is open daily from 8am to 6pm.

Wonderful.
This farm is absolutely spectacular. I spoke to the lovely young couple who run it, and the father. You can tell how much love and effort goes into this. The first thought is creating the best possible environment and set of conditions to raise their wonderful animals. No expense is spared. They pour everything into it. The chickens are fed a phenomenal and carefully selected, soya-free diet. The eggshells and yolks demonstrate a remarkable quality, only possible when the chickens are living a life like this. And as for the meat... Again, absolutely spectacular. No supermarket or butcher, organic or not, will come close to this. These guys are essentially running a full regenerative farm and extremely forward thinking, and very caring towards the animals. This is the most ethical and environmentally friendly food on the planet. Thanks again Knoll Farm, will be back for sure.

I recently bought some steakes from here and the rump steak was the best I had in a long while. It was very tender for a rump steak and full of wonderful flavour. Highly recommended. Considering the price as well it is much better value than store bought organic beef.
Excellent tasty meat, reared on a regenerative family run smallholding. Beef, pork & chicken. Tasty eggs, beautiful gluten free sausages. If you live or are staying nearby, an absolute must visit.
Amazing family run small holding, always great meat and eggs. Highly recommend, you won't go anywhere else after trying them. We certainly don't.
