Farmer Joe's Gardens

Farmer Joe and Homestead Ida now bring the farm to you, renting out backyard laying hens and running chick and quail hatching programmes for families, schools, libraries and senior communities across Connecticut, New York and Massachusetts.

Rentals arrive fully set up, with the coop, feed, equipment and ongoing support included. Laying hens and chicks can be adopted year round, and the farm sells pure maple syrup through its online shop.
