The cows graze the rolling fields through the warm months and eat hay from the farm's own hay fields, balanced with a little grain and an organic kelp mineral mix.
The farm store sells raw Jersey milk, bottled fresh several times a week, along with European style yogurt with the cream on top, chocolate milk, a soft fresh cheese called Brianna and whole milk basket ricotta. Everything apart from the raw milk is pasteurised, and the store is open daily from 10am to 5.30pm.

The products are a little pricey to me, but it may be normal for this area as I am from out of state. However, I still bought the Raw milk, cultured sour cream, Brianna cheese spread (onion and chive) and the chia milk. I have not tried the sour cream yet but everything else is amazing. Especially the chia milk. Another woman was there and said the strawberry is her husband's favorite. I am excited you can buy raw milk products in CT and glad I found this place. I will definitely be back. There is a drop box for money so be sure to have proper amout of bills. They take checks too according to the woman who bought the strawberry milk.

Nice little farm down a country road in Durham..cheeses, fresh milk, syrup, honey etc.a real working farm with the nicest farmers! Love the ricotta!
