I paid for a half cow and received only a quarter initially. I was told the remainder would be delivered later, but I have not received the remaining product or a refund. Communication has been difficult, and I found the customer service disappointing.

Lack communication, horrible customer service, poor quality products. Do not purchase from them. They require full money up front and will not give you your product unless you beg and txt and txt. Over all their beef products are low quality with zero flavor.
