Meat so ethical and so good it made vegans indulge this holiday season. My love language is cooking for others. I have been transitioning to being more intentional about sourcing meat and Wild Harmony blew me away this season. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to cure and smoke a 19lb ham from this wonderful location. I wanted to create an experience for my family and oh boy did Wild Harmony deliver. The only ‘complaint’ from a member of my fiancés family was that it looked and tasted like meat not store bought ham…thank you so much Wild Harmony for making this budding home charcutier’s dreams come true!

This was my first time ordering from Wild Harmony and I am very happy with my experience and will be ordering again. One of the items I ordered was out of stock and Rachael was quick with communication and a replacement. Picking up the order was super simple and everything was packaged in a compostable paper bag! I can’t wait to try my chicken bone broth and make my beef bone broth (and my dogs are going to enjoy the left overs).
