No antibiotics, hormones, pesticides or vaccines are used, and the farm is committed to natural and sustainable practices, prioritising the wellbeing of its animals and using renewable energy where possible. The offer runs from grass fed beef, pork, free range chicken and fresh eggs through to tallow and kitchen goods, all sold directly from the farm.
The raw dairy comes from a small herd of Jersey and Jersey cross cows, bottled as raw milk, cream, buttermilk, kefir, yogurt, cultured butter and farmhouse cheese. In line with Florida law the raw dairy is labelled for pet consumption. The farm itself is not open to visitors; orders are placed online and collected at the gate or at weekly pickup points around Naples, Ave Maria and Golden Gate Estates, with deliveries reaching the Florida Keys.
