HammerTime Hollow is a small family dairy farm near Tampa, Florida selling raw Jersey cow milk, raw yogurt, eggs and honey through around thirty local stockists and home delivery.
HammerTime Hollow is a small family dairy farm producing raw cows milk, eggs and other dairy products between Lake Panasoffkee and Tampa, Florida.
The family's ties to dairying go back to Anne's great grandfather, who started Royal Palm Dairy in Tampa in the 1940s, and the herd today is mostly registered Jersey cows. Milk is sold raw by the gallon, half gallon, quart and pint, alongside raw Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, chocolate milk, unwashed chicken eggs and local orange blossom honey.
The farm itself is not open to the public, but its products are stocked at almost thirty locations from Brooksville to Lakeland to St Petersburg, and home delivery runs across Pinellas County and parts of Hillsborough, Pasco and Hernando counties for a flat five dollar fee. Orders are placed by email or by text to Anne. As Florida law requires, every raw milk product is labelled for pet consumption only, the standard route for raw dairy sales in the state.
