Pam
Owner and farmer
Left a corporate career in 2007 to turn her hobby farm into The Dancing Goat Dairy.
The Dancing Goat Dairy is Pam's goat dairy in Tampa, Florida, selling raw goat milk, cheese, kefir, yogurt and pastured eggs at farm pickups on Wednesdays and Sundays.
The Dancing Goat Dairy is Pam's family run goat dairy on Maverick Court in Tampa, Florida, started in 2007 when she left a corporate career to turn a hobby farm into a working one.
It calls itself the raw milk of Tampa Bay and it means it. The milk, cheese, kefir and yogurt are all raw, made on site from the farm's own herd, and the eggs come from free range and pastured hens, ducks and quail kept alongside the goats.
Pam is unusually open about how the herd is fed. Her blog explains that goats are foragers rather than grazers, so the milkers get grass hay around the clock, peanut hay morning and night, and grain with added minerals on the milk stand, following the Weston A Price guidance of one percent of body weight. Holistic care comes first, conventional medicine is used sparingly, and any doe given antibiotics is pulled from the milk line. Orders are collected at farm pickup in Tampa on Wednesdays and Sundays, or at a pre order only curbside pickup in St Petersburg every other Tuesday. The farm also makes goat milk soap, shampoo and shave bars, resells a cow milk line from another dairy, and runs as a nonprofit alongside Charley's Kitty Rescue.

The owner Pam is SO nice!! Her farm is amazing and she takes such good care of all of her animals! Highly recommend!
I’ve been visiting Dancing Goat Farm regularly since I first arrived in Florida in 2020, making the drive every 6-8 weeks, often traveling nearly one hours each way just to get their fresh goat milk and eggs. It’s absolutely worth the journey every time! Pam, the heart and soul of the farm, is one of the most extraordinary, caring, and unique people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. As a global traveler, I’ve encountered many people from different walks of life, but Pam truly stands out. Her warmth and kindness are unmatched, and she always makes me feel like family when I visit. What really sets her apart is her incredible sense of humor – it’s rare to meet someone who combines genuine care for others with such a lighthearted and fun personality. She’s not just friendly, though – Pam is also incredibly knowledgeable, and every conversation with her is both enriching and insightful. The Dancing Goat Farm itself is an absolute gem. It’s a wonderful place, especially for children, to experience firsthand where their food comes from. The farm offers an invaluable opportunity to connect with nature and learn about sustainable farming practices. I highly recommend Dancing Goat Farm to anyone looking for fresh, quality products and a meaningful, enriching experience. Visiting is always something I look forward to, and I can’t wait for my next trip!
I've been buying eggs from this farm nearly every week (at the Saturday Morning Market in St Pete) for years. They are so much better than store-bought: fresh, tasty, real. I've bought goat's milk, and it is 1000 times better than anything from the supermarket. The feta cheese & chèvre is also fabulous! I recently visited the Farm, and was so impressed by the treatment of the animals- a ton of work, and love, goes into this urban farm. I like to know where my food comes from, and that it's created cleanly, sustainably, and humanely. Dancing Goat Farm is a gem in this community.
