This farm is a Paradise.
Paradise farms offers the freshest produce the best poultry and meat products- you absolutely feel the difference after you eat. I won’t shop at supermarkets anymore -so grateful for Karla Dascal’s vision and making great farm to table food so accessible.
I love.
Great place.
The CSA was so disappointing. All the boxes across the 13 weeks were nearly identical in offering bok choy, arugula, radishes, cilantro, avocados, and starfruit. And when calculating the cost of the items in each box, they definitely did not warrant a $100/week price. Charging $1, 300 for this CSA to only send such repeat items is unacceptable. At the farmer's market, however, they had a wider variety. I'm not sure why other items such as squash, peppers, potatoes were only offered as one offs for CSA members.
I visited the farm one time in 2024. It was such a fantastic experience for me to cut the vegetables myself and enjoy the nature.
Idyllic atmosphere in among lush vegetation. The accommodations are rustic (short walk outside to the bathroom) but very comfortable (ceiling and a/c). Wonderful, fully equipped outdoor kitchen for guest use. Ernest have us a tour when we arrived and did a great job of making us feel at home. The natural swimming pool is wonderful. The only downside is the noise from nearby farms which can detract from the peaceful atmosphere but that is not the fault of Paradise Farms. Great location for visiting the Everglades and Key Largo. Highly recommended.
I love this place. The organic greens and everything else they have there are excellent!
