The best beef you ever had. Period.
Very friendly.
Rewarmed over cooked, dry gross burgers. I ordered medium rare and got past well done. Don't waste your money at the farmers market at there food truck. Maybe just buy uncooked meat and grill yourself. Not good food safety as burgers just sit precooked in a dutch oven on the grill, no thermometer in it, truly wonder if they are held warm enough to be safe.
