Jacobs and Brichford Farmstead Cheese

Their cheese is our “treat yourself” cheese for birthdays and holidays. According to my father in law, the cheese is so good you may not want to share with others. The Briana, Everton and Ameribella are amazing on a cheese board or melted into a delicious grilled cheese or Mac and cheese.

Most authentic raw milk cheese operation I know of. Matthew and Leslie understand and live the sustainable life.

We recently tried the Ameribella at a local cheese shop and were excited to order a large quantity directly from Jacobs & Brichford. One month later, and we are on our second order, expanding our J&B cheese repertoire. The product quality itself is incredible, and their customer focus is exceptional. The experience I've had working with Leslie Jacobs has been both educational and inspiring, as she is a subject matter expert on the cheeses they produce and operationally knowledgable when it comes to knowing when cheeses can be expected to be ready. They also managed to pack the cheese in a way that it was still cool after being delivered on a 90+ degree day. J&B have made a lifelong clients out of me and my family! Highly recommend!

This family's attention to quality from start to finish results in superb cheeses. Well-packaged and described with care. 100% grass-fed cow's milk has never tasted so good.

It is clear that Leslie and Matthew are very passionate about their work and are happy to tell you all about their farm, facilities, and cheeses. Excellent tasting and unique cheeses (my personal favorite is the Everton), beautiful packaging and labels as well!
