Love how easy it is to pop in and pick up the fresh milk. The freshness, the price is affordable. I love her whole set up, if I didn’t homestead and make so many things myself I’d buy a lot more from her lol.
Clean, attractive setup with great goods and an efficient honor system service! Worth the short drive from town to buy the real deal for yourself or your family and to support a great family business while you are at it.
We love going to Rose n’ Thistle Farm! My daughter had digestive trouble with store dairy, but she is able to drink the raw pet milk with no issues! The store is also so cute, and the family that runs it is very sweet. Highly recommend for your weekly dairy needs, or if you’re out exploring Orange County and want a fun stop for your itinerary!
My family loves the Halberts raw milk! It’s always fresh, always creamy, and always delicious. 10/10 will always recommend!
Rebuilding the food system, from the farm up

“5 stars! Rose n’ Thistle Farm is a true gem in Paoli, Indiana—a sweet little hobby farm that feels like stepping back in time. There’s such a charming, old-fashioned feel to the place, with its peaceful countryside setting, hardworking family spirit, and simple, wholesome way of doing things. The raw milk is fresh, creamy, and nutrient-rich from their pasture-raised cows—it’s honestly some of the best we’ve ever had. But what really makes this farm special is Millie, the wonderful milkmaid who’s so kind, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She’s a joy to interact with every time! And their adorable children running around, helping out, and bringing so much laughter to the farm just melts your heart. It’s a family-run homestead done right—rooted in faith, care for the land, and real community. If you’re looking for local, nourishing milk and a feel-good farm experience, this is it. Highly recommend!”
