Eden Ridge Acres is a regenerative family farm in Prole, Iowa selling chemical free vegetables, raw milk shares, raw honey, pastured eggs and poultry, and heritage pork.
Eden Ridge Acres is a family farm in Prole that has been feeding tables across Central Iowa since 2017.
The produce is organically grown though not certified, starting from heirloom and non GMO seeds only, and the land is managed regeneratively with diverse grazing and cover crops. Pigs and poultry live on pasture and in the woods on a soy free, non GMO diet of sprouted grains, the dairy cows are exclusively grass fed, and no animal is given hormones or antibiotics.
The farm sells chemical free produce, farm teas and jams, raw honey, woodland heritage pork, pastured poultry, chicken and duck eggs and natural home goods, with raw milk available through shares. You can shop online, join a farm membership or a weekly farm box share, or come out for a farm visit or picnic.

Check this place out! In this age, it is hard to find quality nutrition from local sources, but this family puts the work in so that you can enjoy the fruits (literally) of their labor. Something for everyone, certainly could be a location that becomes a staple of your nutritional input routine, or you could find unique products for special occasions. Well worth supporting this local family farm!

Love their tea and honey. Also, you’ll never want to go back to the grocery after trying their eggs and chicken. A hard working crew delivering high quality, healthy, goods.
