The herd is a handful of named Jersey, Holstein and Guernsey crosses, Coffee, Latte, Espresso, Americano, Frappe and Mocha among them, each A2/A2 tested, fed an organic diet and out grazing in the sun for most of their time.
The storefront on the farm sells the raw milk alongside small batch cheese, yogurt, kefir, cream and skim milk made from it, plus chicken and duck eggs, milk soap and beeswax candles. It opens Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm, with glass jars swapped on an exchange basis and a 25% discount for prepaid monthly milk orders. A milk drop runs to Webster City every other Saturday morning, and payment is by Venmo, card, cash or check.

Visitors are welcome to come and inspect the animals, the practices and the feed, by arrangement.
