Jenny farms it as a small organic and biodynamic operation, not yet certified but pursuing certification, milking a herd of nine mostly Jersey mama cows that are 100% grass fed, with no grain ever offered. The cows rotate daily onto fresh pasture in the grazing season, keep their horns in the biodynamic way, and raise their own calves at foot.

Because Kentucky does not allow raw milk sales, the milk is offered through a herdshare: members buy a share of the herd and collect butterfat rich raw milk in glass jars at the farm each week. The milk is tested at least monthly and the herd is being bred to A2A2 genetics. The farm also hosts community potlucks that are open to everyone, and new members join through a waiting list on the website.
