The cattle are never confined and never given growth hormones, antibiotics or steroids, and the farm uses regenerative methods to keep its land healthy.

I absolutely love shopping at Bluegrass beef. The quality of their beef is great and their prices are extremely reasonable. I've gone to the grocery store and have purchased meet loaded with fat, that gets lumped into the per pound cost and overpriced. With Bluegrass Beef, I have not ever been disappointed with their cuts, their prices and their service. All are top-notch. I also love the personal handwritten note they add to your receipt; they truly care about connecting with their customers. I highly encourage you to buy local by giving them a try. You won't regret it.
