Divine Harvest Farm is a five generation, 100 year old family farm near Breckenridge in Wheeler, Michigan, raising cattle responsibly since 1928. The registered Guernsey cows are certified A2A2 and graze open fields of native grasses, free to roam with limited boundaries. The family calls the operation beyond organic: rotational grazing, native grasses, and no fertilisers or pesticides whatsoever, and visitors are welcome to drive by and see the cattle out in the fields.
In Michigan you must own a share of a cow to legally drink raw milk, so the farm runs a herd share: a 50 dollar annual share plus a monthly fee per weekly gallon of rich, butterfat loaded golden milk. Sam, the youngest son, now owns and runs the raw milk share program, with weekly drop offs in Frankenmuth, Midland, Alma, Hemlock and Bay City or pickup at the farm.
