The Broken Egg is a small family farm at Summit, Mississippi, where the hens live out on pasture, roaming freely and foraging for insects in the fresh air.

Eggs are the heart of the business, and the family also produce local honey from their own bees along with beef jerky and beef tallow made from sustainably raised cattle.

Everything is sold direct from the farm and at local markets. There are no set opening hours, so the best plan is to contact the family and arrange a time to collect.
